This payment is made directly between you and the tournament organizer or the organizer’s external payment provider.

If you are paying for a minor athlete or managed athlete, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult responsible for making this payment decision.

Before paying, please review:

  • The organizer’s name.
  • The tournament name.
  • The tournament date.
  • The tournament location.
  • The venue information.
  • The refund policy.
  • The cancellation policy.
  • The payment amount.
  • Any additional fees.
  • The payment provider.
  • The organizer’s contact information.
  • Any material conditions or restrictions.

Grip Culture does not guarantee that the tournament will occur, that the venue has been secured, that the organizer will issue refunds, that the organizer is financially reliable, that the organizer is properly insured, or that the information provided by the organizer is complete, accurate, current, or truthful.

If there is a payment issue, refund issue, cancellation, chargeback, fraud concern, duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or dispute, you must contact the tournament organizer and/or the external payment provider used to make the payment.

Grip Culture is not responsible for payments, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, postponements, fraud claims, organizer misconduct, or disputes related to external payments made outside the Grip Culture platform.

You may report suspicious tournament activity to Grip Culture. Grip Culture may review, restrict, suspend, hide, or remove tournament listings or organizer accounts that violate platform policies or create risk for users or the platform.
