Tournament Listing and Publication Rules
Effective Date: June 17, 2025
Last Updated: June 17, 2025
These Tournament Listing and Publication Rules apply to any organizer, academy, coach, user, or authorized representative who creates, drafts, submits, publishes, edits, promotes, or manages a tournament listing on Grip Culture.
By creating or publishing a tournament listing on Grip Culture, the organizer confirms that all tournament information is accurate, current, truthful, authorized, and not misleading.
Grip Culture provides software tools that allow organizers to create, publish, manage, and display tournament information. Grip Culture does not operate, supervise, insure, promote, guarantee, or financially back organizer-created tournaments unless Grip Culture expressly states otherwise in writing.

Organizers may not publish a tournament listing using a venue, academy, gym, school, convention center, arena, public facility, or private location unless they have proper authorization or a reasonable good-faith basis to use that venue for the event.
Grip Culture may request proof of venue authorization, reservation, rental agreement, written permission, insurance, permit, or other documentation.
Grip Culture may hide, restrict, suspend, or remove a tournament listing if the venue cannot be reasonably verified or if there is a dispute regarding venue authorization.

Grip Culture does not collect athlete registration payments for organizer-created tournaments unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
If a tournament listing includes an external payment link, QR code, website, invoice, direct transfer instruction, cash payment instruction, or third-party checkout, the organizer is solely responsible for that payment method.
Grip Culture may require an External Payment Warning to be shown before a user opens an external payment link.
Grip Culture may remove external payment links if they appear suspicious, misleading, incomplete, unsafe, unauthorized, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform policies.
7. Minor Athletes and Managed Athlete Profiles
Grip Culture does not allow minors to create their own user accounts.

9. Cancellation and Postponement Information

The organizer is solely responsible for refund handling, credit handling, replacement event arrangements, or other remedies connected to money collected outside Grip Culture.
Grip Culture is not responsible for refunds, credits, chargebacks, failed services, cancellation disputes, postponement disputes, or participant complaints related to payments collected externally by the organizer.

Publication of a tournament listing on Grip Culture does not mean that Grip Culture has verified, approved, endorsed, sponsored, certified, supervised, insured, or guaranteed the tournament.

Grip Culture may change search, ranking, discovery, visibility, featured placement, and listing display rules at any time.
